The Danish Downhill Cup is the only downhill MTB series in Denmark. Despite the lack of elevation in the danish landscape, the sport has a lot of dedicated enthusiasts that drive the sport forward.

Downhill is a subdomain of the mountain bike sport with the simple goal of getting as fast as possible from the top of a mountain or a hill to the bottom. In the Danish Downhill Cup this act is timed on a marked track. Each track consists of rocks, jumps, roots and challenging corners.

The danish tracks are well suited for trained riders as well as beginners. Both downhill, all mountain and endure bikes are suited for the tracks. All the trails have “chicken lines” for avoiding any extreme obstacles.

The Danish Downhill Cup is a competition hosted by the danish endure and downhill union DEDF. To learn more about DEDF visit www.dedf.dk .
